Refund policy
- All of of the following items are a FINAL SALE: all custom items (including graphic tees), personalized items, accessories, holiday items and sale items.
- All returned items must still have the original tags on them and they must be unwashed and unworn! Items that appear to have been worn, have stains, smell or perfume, cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.
- Merchandise may only be returned for a STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase date. Credit will only be applied for the amount paid for the product and will not include any shipping charges.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, screen resolutions. This does not qualify as a defect and does not qualify for return/store credit.
- If you are making a return, we are not responsible for any shipping cost back to us.
- If you receive an items with any problems for defects, please contact us within 3 business days of shipping/pick up availability. If we are not notified within 3 days of shipping/pick up availability, then the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- We are not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care handling, or incorrect sizing.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exhange.
